Fun n Games African Adventure Golf in Mar Menor Golf Resort

Fun for all the family including crazy golf, giant pool croquet and outdoor skittles!

Golf in the Mar Menor Resort, between Torre Pacheco and Los Alcázares, has traditionally been limited to the 18-hole course, the oldest of the six “Nicklaus Trail” courses in the Costa Cálida, but the sport has now been opened up to all the family with the introduction of the Fun n Games African Adventure Golf centre close to the main entrance to the resort!

Open to the public all year round, the project to create the Fun n Games centre was featured on Channel 4’s “A New Life in the Sun”, and offers not only a 9-hole crazy golf course with the hazards including a variety of wild animals normally found only in Africa, but also outdoor skittles and a giant pool table to be used with croquet mallets. Needless to say, the facility is a great favourite with youngsters, but it is also popular with allegedly “serious” golfers relaxing after a hard day attempting to overcome the challenges set by Dave Thomas and Nicklaus Design on the rather longer 18-hole course next door!

The whole establishment is set up to make it attractive for the entire family, and with the padel tennis courts and a children’s area just next door those from outside the resort are also welcome: simply inform the staff at the security gate on entering Mar Menor Resort where you’re heading and you gain access to a host of facilities including bouncy castles, table tennis, petanque and a bar-cafeteria with outdoor seating area.

Fun n Games also organize birthday parties and other events, and have English, Spanish, Russian and Ukrainian speakers on hand to make sure your requirements are fully met.
