Home & Living Magazine takes a break until September
Home & Living is taking a well-earned August break before returning with a fresh edition next month
August is here and across Spain life takes on a slower, more relaxed rhythm. With temperatures soaring and many businesses traditionally closing their doors for a well-earned summer break, Home & Living magazine is taking a summer sabbatical too – but only until September.
We have listened to the needs of the business community that make our magazine possible – our valued advertisers – and for many August is a quieter month. Staff take holidays, businesses reduce their opening hours and locals often head away for their own summer escapes as the tourists hit the Costas.
So, rather than printing an edition at a time when so many of our advertisers are taking a step back, we have decided to do the same. But don't worry – Home & Living isn't going anywhere! We will return in September with a fresh edition packed with inspiring, informative and practical lifestyle features created especially for the thousands of expats who have made Spain their home.
September is always an exciting time of year. The intense heat of summer begins to ease, routines return, children head back to school and homes, gardens and businesses start preparing for the months ahead.
