Carnival under way in Águilas as body painters and paper costumes take centre stage
The main parades of Carnival 2025 in Águilas take place next week
Carnival is now well and truly under way in Águilas and the famed paper costume and body painting contests have already been held with prizes being awarded to the costume “La Guardiana de Pegaso” by Juan Daniel Egea and body painter Cristel Van Den.
Ms Van Den now qualifies for the World Championships in Austria later this year!
