November 28 Soprano Ainhoa Arteta at the Auditorio Víctor Villegas in Murcia

Works by Wagner, Richard Strauss and Mahler at the Murcia auditorium

Renowned soprano Ainhoa Arteta is offering this recital at 20.00 on 28^th November in conjunction with the UCAM Symphony orchestra under the baton of conductor Salvador Pérez, featuring a programme of post-romantic works by 19^th-century composers Richard Wagner, Richard Strauss and Gustav Mahler.

More specifically, the pieces performed are the Funeral March and Siegfried’s Funeral from Wagners’ Götterdämmerung, the Four Last Songs of Strauss and Mahler’s monumental 5^th symphony in C minor, one of the finest symphonies every written.
